Autor: Tomáš Vejlupek, Association SCIP CZECH, Czech Republic

Fulltext

Abstract:

This paper describes a solution supporting (Competitive) Intelligence process in organization. The goal of CIAD is to increase effectiveness and quality of information and knowledge transfer between company analysts (knowledge owners) and company managers (decisions making owners). CIAD is based on interconnection of a highly creative process of knowledge building and a formalized process of information sharing and distribution driven by that knowledge. The concept of the CASI has been inspired by a research project “Knowledge Base for Searching and Development of Synergic Business Clusters”, which has been funded by Czech Academy of Science and has been realized in cooperation with Tovek, spol. s r.o. and Czech Technical University. The solution is being further developed by Tovek in cooperation with Economical Univeristy in Prague as one of projects of SCIP CZECH (Czech affiliation of Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals).
